64th & 65th Los Angeles Area Emmy® Nominations Tamara Henry, M.A. has been a news anchor, reporter and segment producer for Santa Monica City TV Channel 16 and Metro Motion since 2005. Tamara started as a weeknight news anchor and health reporter in Little Rock, Arkansas while Bill Clinton was President after earning her B.A. in Broadcast Journalism. She also earned an M.A. in Spiritual Psychology in Consciousness, Health & Healing. Broadcasting live on FoxNews.com, Tamara has been interviewing celebrities on Oscar night at the Night of 100 Stars every year since 2005. Tamara is also a film producer for her own company Vanilla Fire and her inspirational documentary was on the 2010 Oscar Shortlist for the 83rd Academy Awards and TIME magazine named Unbeaten one of the Top Ten Olympic Films of All Time next to Chariots of Fire and Munich by Steven Spielberg. She is also the VP of Social Media for Vanilla Fire and has a current military documentary now qualifying for Oscar 2012. Tamara is the award winning new media host of GreenTwithTamara.TV, helped the 2010 Miss America Contestants Go Green, and was up for a 2012 Gracie Award from the Alliance for Women in Media. Tamara has also starred on Animal Planet, LOGO, The Tonight Show, Access Hollywood, E!'s Style Network, the Miss USA Pageant and Legally Blonde 2. Tamara was born at Ft. Belvoir while her father served our country in Intelligence at the Pentagon and received the Bronze Star.

Tamara Henry (whose inspirational documentary is on the Oscar Shortlist for the 83rd & 85th Academy Awards) is a local celebrity and television personality. A former top five Fox affiliate news anchor who broadcasts live for four hours on Oscar night interveiwing celebrities at the Night of 100 Stars on FoxNews.com. She is currently producing award winning webisodes for her own environmental webisode show GreenTwithTamara.TV and she showcased the 2010 Miss America Contestants in her "Green Is Gorgeous" interactive eco contest and won Best Hosted Interview Show for 2010 and Outstanding Travel, Talk & Lifestyle Series Host for the 2011 LA WEB FEST. Tamara is a Local News Anchor for the eco-transpo TV show "Metro Motion" for the Los Angeles County Metropolital Transit Authority. She is also a Santa Monica City TV Channel 16 anchor, reporter & producer for local community news.
